Personnel Recruitment

All Staff is selected after an in depth screening process, and applicants should ideally possess a minimum of a standard eight certifcate, Security Industry Regulatory Authority certifcate and proof of security training.


Successful staff members attend refresher training courses, which cover all basic security related requirements. Intense on-the-job training is given and ongoing site training is regularly done. Internal promotion is our policy, allowing our staff members to have, not only a job, but also a career in the security industry.


The standard of Multiguard S.A. uniform is stylish. This depending on the Client's requirements. Combat uniforms are also readily available.


Multiguard SA provides quality Supervisors whom are screened and registered with P.S.I.R.A. The training of guards, is carried out each time the supervisors patrol the site. All sites are visited regularly.


Our Control Room is manned 24 hours a day and fully equipped with advanced radio systems for effective control and monitoring of all Security Officers and vehicles.


A fleet of vehicles equipped with mobile radios, are on constant standby for round-the-clock vigilance.


Both Senior and Operations Managers are exposed to our Clients to enhance a personalized service.

Job Description

A full job description is drawn up by both parties and mutually agreed upon prior to commencement of the service.


All prices quoted will remain fixed for a period of 30 (Thirty) days.
